Local Art Spot collects two kinds of information:

The Way We Use Information
Purchasing Artwork
When you order artwork from us you have the option to create an account. If you do not create an account your personal information is only used to complete the current transaction. If you do create an account we will store the following data:

Email address
Phone number
In either case we do not store your credit/debit card information. It is used only to complete your transaction. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
Signing up for our newsletter
When you sign up to receive our newsletter you must provide your name, email address, and a password. We will only use this information to send you our newsletter. We never sell or rent your email address or other personally identifiable information you provide us under these circumstances.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Aggregated tracking information

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
